Interactive Multi-Media Training

The TMx Tutorial is an interactive multi-media eLearning application that trains new employees in day-to-day TMx operations.  Conveniently accessed via the internet, each user has a personalized account that tracks their individual progress.  Users can work at their own pace stopping and starting to suit their own convenience.  Using a simulated TMx environment, the TMx Tutorial guides users through daily, weekly and pay period tasks teaching them how to enter new employees, generate forecasts, create schedules, process payroll, and run critical reports.  User proficiency is recorded using online tests that are provided with each lesson.  Given the wide range of functionality that TMx provides, experienced users will also find the TMx Tutorial to be a beneficial reference resource.  

The TMx Tutorial is ready to go out of the box and can also be customized to fit the training environment, practices, and philosophies of a customer’s broader training environment.  The TMx tutorial complies with SCORM industry standards for integration with broader enterprise eLearning environments.
